Thursday:
Went out with Jean, MingHui and Isabella POH :D anyway, i received a call from ms joseph on the bus, haha, that was funny, and she asked me if i wanted to join the Stamp competition. In my mind, i was like HUH. im not interested and i definitely know zero thing about STAMPS. but she say that it'll be an enriching experience.... and so, i gave in:D and so sorry to drag people in with me. SORRY to jean, kah ching and Felicia!! i didnt know whose names to give so i thought of you all! REAL SORRY! then after, we went to cathay at ehub to buy tickets for Night At The Museum 2 first. There was really very little people there since it was, a school day.
Then after, we walked around and bell and meng went to buy coffee bean, i think. EXPENSIVE TASTE THEY HAVE! :D
anw, near that place, there's this really heavy oil smell that i detest and i almost puke. seriously. that smell was that bad. so after, we went to catch our movie. *after 2+ hours*
yeah, the movie was funny. hehe. and imageless jean continued with her "imageless" theme cos she laughed really loud. LOL :D
After the movie, we walked around to see what we could eat since it was already 3pm and way past the lunch hour and way near out cycling time. in the end, went to subway! haha. finally got to have my weekly dosage of SUBWAY! me and meng bought the meal while jean only bought the cookies. Bell bought nothing to eat, i think she's diet-ing! hahahahaha.
at about 4, we then went to rent the bike and the weather was nowhere good since the sky was quite overcast and we anticipated a heavy downpour. Fortunately, the rain was not that heavy and was short-lived(?) so we cycled for the whole 2 hours and it was a really great workout.
except the part where my muscles were sore and stuff.
Friday:
Morning woke up at 9.30am, watched tv all the way till like 1+pm? haha. when i turned on the tv, the lakers and denver match was on and i totally forgot about it. this was really bad since my brother had SPECIFICALLY reminded me to watch the match. haha. Lakers were so close to winning cos they led by 11points in the second quarter.
I TOTALLY LOVE THREE-POINTERS!
it's just plain awesome! ((: anw, Kobe Bryant's last three pointer was nice, but didnt help Lakers to win. Match ended Denver:106, Lakers:103. (series tied 1-1) and this wasnt really good since
Lakers were at their home ground.
Luckily, they won their match today away, at Denver's , Denver:97, Lakers: 103( Bryant scored 41 points. He scored 40 in the first game, 32 in the second) HOLD ON! why am i reporting so much??? GRRR, let's continue.
so got ready and met CHING YEE at 3.30pm. :D i really thought i was over-dressed. but since she said was alright, i guess it was? Took the train to Dhoby Ghaut then to Orchard where we spent like 10 mins trying to locate Wisma and Taka. (since i never really went there alone with my friends before!) Judging by that, i guess i had some direction sense in me huh! LOL;D
so went to Wisma then Ching Yee was kinda thirsty. went up to starbucks and she bought chocolate chip something something. the drink was cold la. [: i didnt buy any drink.
so after that, we shopped around the area then she saw a dress she wanted to buy but then wanted to wait till we finished our little "excursion" then come back to get it. Next we went to F21. saw clutched that we both liked :D in th end, we both bought clutches but of different design.
went to Taka afterwards where we saw like almost every shop being a designers brand. in short, they are just stuff we couldnt POISSIBLY afford. oh yeah, i saw Amanda Kuan when i was trying to locate the places !! HAHA. was quite surprised!
so, we went on to look for my bookstore: Kinokuniya. and finally found it. we spent like 1 hour there, if im not wrong. was trying to persuade my mum to let me buy a book since i've got quite a lot of books, untouched at home. luckily, i succeded :D
At the end of the day: both of us bought a clutch and a book :D
HAD A REALLY WONDERFUL TIME WITH HER!! :D
Saturday was just an o-so-much-tv day. i practically spend all my time watching tv.
Today too. in short, i really spent my 4 days of holidays slacking around, trying to relax as much
as i can cos we'll be receiving back our papers tomorrow, in my case, it's my DOOMS day.
I'm really not expecting much, just at least a 65 for all subjects, apart from English where i'll be expecting only a, i don't know, a PASS?
